("Park Row" or "the Company")
Application has today been made for the admission of 796,405 new ordinary shares
of 80p each to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.
In the prospectus of the Company dated 12 April 2002, it was stated that up to
15,808,631 new ordinary shares may be issued as consideration for the
acquisition of Park Row Group Limited and that 2,200,110 of these new ordinary
shares could be issued following admission to AIM. The 796,405 new ordinary
shares for which application has today been made represents part of the
consideration payable following admission.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are
expected to commence on 31 October 2002.
