                         ("Park Row" or "the Company")

Application has today been made for 174,927 ordinary shares of 80p each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.


156,250 of the new ordinary shares have been issued to Guiness Flight Trustees
S.a.r.l. as trustees for the Company's medium term incentive plan. The balance
of 18,677 new ordinary shares have been issued as part of an employee incentive
scheme.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company and it is anticipated that these shares will be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market on 25 July 2002.
