Clarification Regarding Press Articles
The Company has noticed recent press speculation and today's announcement on the
Doha Securities Market by Barwa Real Estate Company ("Barwa") and confirms that,
as announced on 24 April, it remains in discussions with Barwa with a view to
resolving the outcome of the Barwa contract. These discussions are wide ranging
and may involve an offer being made for the Company's Qatar trading subsidiary
although at this stage there can be no certainty that any such offer will be
made.
