Director's dealings
Pan European Terminals plc (AIM: PAN), which provides transhipment and storage facilities into Europe and Russia for the hydro-carbon industry, has been notified that on 1 July 2013 Mr Simon Escott, Chief Executive, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 20p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Escott has an interest in 4,906,500 Shares, representing approximately 4.61 per cent. of the Company's issued Shares.
