Proposed Directorate Change
Pan European Terminals (AIM: PAN), which provides transhipment and storage facilities into Europe and Russia for the hydro-carbon industry, announces that Hepworth Technologies S.A. ("Hepworth"), subscriber to the GBP8.5m secured convertible fixed rate loan note ("Loan Note") issued in November 2012 by Dan Balt Terminals Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has notified the Company that under the terms of the Loan Note instrument the Company is to procure the appointment of a representative of Hepworth as a Non-Executive director to the Board of the Company.
The Company will update shareholders in due course as soon as the appointment has been implemented.
