RNS Number:3752H Baltic Oil Terminals Plc 08 August 2006 8 August 2006 Baltic Oil Terminals PLC Board Appointments Baltic Oil Terminals PLC ("Baltic"), which invests in oil related infrastructure projects and upstream activities in Russia and countries in the former Soviet Union, is pleased to announce that it has appointed William Stanley Buck and R. Frederick Hodder to the board, as Non Executive Directors . Stan Buck has had a long career spent mostly with Dow, firstly in the UK and subsequently as Vice President of Dow Europe and Chairman & CEO of Dow GB. He has also held positions with Texaco and CPS Denmark, where he negotiated its sale to Autotyre. Stan will chair the Remuneration Committee at Baltic. Fred Hodder, an American citizen but based in London, has held a number of senior positions within various NASDAQ listed technology focused entities such as Aspect Telecommunications Corp and International Microelectronic Products, where he held the position of CFO in each company. Fred then turned his attention to the natural resources sector becoming a director with Geotex JSC, then subsequently CFO with Nelson Resources. In 1994, Fred became chairman of Chaparral Resources.
