Baltic Oil Terminals PLC, the owner and operator of oil transhipment terminals
in Kaliningrad and exploration assets in the Kurgan region of Western Siberia
announces that Simon Escott, Chief Executive, has acquired 10,000 ordinary
shares at 200p per share as part of the placing announced on 3rd November 2006.
Following the placing Simon Escott owns 4,510,000 ordinary shares representing
9.47% of the issued share capital.
