I think most will be relieved at an exit given the weakness in the price this year (and before). Only investors truely in it for the long haul will be miffed..... and those who sold recently ;).

Its a shame though - Belphar have got themselves a company on the cheap and they will cream it.

Just another PAN investor

Whether investors are buying or selling its always interesting to read the reasons for someone doing so, thanks Pantastic for taking the time to provide yours.

Enjoy your holiday.

I have to agree with AAA once again that the Belphar thing is unlikely to be as straightforward as the more naive investor may think.

What I will say is that the other (remaining) institutional holders appear to be remaining loyal and they have more to lose than us PIs so I doubt there are any major issues out there, just the usual drops in the gaps between news. It's just a shame such gaps exist.

I'm keeping hold of my remaining shares as selling at 14p is too painful - I'll sit those ones out. If it comes good, I won't make a profit now, but I will get a more relaxing holiday. Funny how a change in domestic arrangements affects ones investment decisions...

News soon, hopefully. Otherwise we definitely get financials mid to end of June. Not long to wait.

Pantastic you have waited years for PAN to deliver some shareholder value (along with the rest of us) - when an investor who is as pro PAN/Simon as you cuts his holding for me its a reflection on the dire state of shareholder sentiment and stark reality check about the TRUE prospects of this "company"

Yes there could be an amazing RNS round the corner however the longer this uncertainty and silence goes on the risks only increase - APRIL 2014 was make or break.... its about to be the latter.

A 3rd party will buy the other partners 50%. We will buy a % of that 50% from the partner to give us overall control.

So currently we have 'X' and us owning Rosbunker. 'Z' will buy the 50% owned by 'X' meaning that Z will then have the 50%. We will then buy....say 5% from Z to have 55% and overall control. This is what the 'back to back' sale refers to. This is also why we don't need to raise additional funding.

Hope that makes sense.

...the weakness in the share price is because investors are staying away until this is resolved + the UkraineRussiaCrimea issue.

Thanks Pantastic. So 15th June they can come back and have another go.
Early June is also FY results time and I am sure by then Rosbunker will be either a lost cause or cash in the bank. If it's the former then maybe the larger investors mainly Utilico
(and the smaller PI's) might be willing to throw in the towel and vote in favour of any renewed Belphar interest.

Out of interest IF things are going as badly as some suggest I imagine the large holders could remove Simon - however I imagine they would not do this until he secures Rosbunker or writes it off.

The one point that has not been raised is whether the bad debt situation has escalated and as a result we are taking a direct hit to our bottom line as a result. It does make me nervous when I see the price drop in this way, if only that I was invested when all of the Rosbunker news came out of the woodwork and clearly in that instance, some investors had access to better quality information than others. The credit control process did not exactly fill me with confidence and there was not enough attention to this in my view in the last set of accounts as it's been a creeping problem for well over a year now

Mr Taylor-Wilkinson stated services include:

Investor relations - "Investors are the primary target for any listed company. With over 2,000 smaller listed companies vying for the same funds, generating the attention your company deserves can be a difficult task. At Leander, we excel at ensuring our clients are recognised as compelling investment opportunities. Our core target audience are private client brokers, who have in recent years become the most important investor asset class for small companies. We have helped many companies build a loyal, long-term shareholder base, who have become an essential support during additional fund raising's".

Pure specualtion but I wonder if one of his Private Client brokers was Mr Shakhidi ? - that whole takeover/non-takover episode was peculiar to say the least.

Management must know the eyes of investors will be upon them over the coming months, they were given support by many investors lets not forget that and providing there is some progress IMO that will continue, who knows even Belphar may support them if Rosbunker is sold at a profit.

The sale of Rosbunker would change everything.

All is still to play for and worst case scenario is most likely 22p/share in a year or so.
