Palmaris Capital Plc ("Palmaris" or the "Company") Director's Dealing

The Company was yesterday notified that on 29 June 2011 Tim Noble, a chairman of the Company and his wife purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") at 4.55p per share.

Following the transaction Mr. Noble has a resultant beneficial interest in 2,267,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 1.45% of the company's issued share capital.
