Palmaris Capital Plc ("Palmaris" or the "Company") Director's Dealing

The Company announces that, on 29 June 2011, it was notified that Waverton Holdings Limited ("Waverton"), which is owned by a discretionary trust where Greg Melgaard, a director of the Company, is a potential beneficiary, transferred on 28 June 2011 the entirety of the 55,463,335 ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") which it holds in the capital of the Company into a newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary, called Waverton Capital Limited.

This transaction does not change Waverton's or the trust's aggregate beneficial ownership in the Company of 55,463,335 Shares, representing 35.57% of the Company's current issued share capital.
