Markets fell back after US Fed Reserve minutes - followed by Asia markets although this morning sign they are turning up again.
Been buying more below 150p when opp has been there but suggest you do your own research and look what is on the company's website & in China Today papers. GL

gac - agree the mgt were misled by advisers who profited from the placement at 125p. Guess we have seen some selling last few days as the markets fell back but sufficient long term holders who know the company's plans and what it will do to the value of their portfolio when orders are accomplished. We had trebled and more in less than 6 months, nothing goes in a straight line. I try to hold stuff for the medium and long term. Retracements are an integral part of the longer term "going up" process. Business Model hasn't changed. People often feel they need "reasons" to take profits, so not surprising, given some jitters yesterday.

This is what you get when such a large volume is invited in at discouted value (1.25). These guys are having a field day shuffling profit. Pi's (other than part time hobbyists) are shuffling losses. - - - The management have given over control of market capital by placing at such a large discount( with no need).
The chosen ones are in charge for now 'not the market. They can move up or down but still stay in profit. - The management should stick to turning gas into oil and let the true market forces come to bear on the balance between water and wine.

Joint venture in Russia.... out today 20th Feb

"In this case, the target of Skolkovo Foundation grant in the amount of 150 million rubles for the construction of a pilot demonstration model "mini-GTL» on one of the oil and gas fields will complement private investment.
"Mini-GTL» is a joint project Gazohim Techno and Oxford Catalysts Group PLC - the world leader in light commercial area of Fischer-Tropsch and microchannel technology, has entered into an agreement with Techno Gazohim work together in Russia and the CIS countries.
purpose of the project - the commercialization of technology "mini-GTL», that is, creating the world's first viable small-scale GTL-installation intended for processing of petroleum and natural gas into synthetic crude oil and products of higher added value.

Rosneft GTL Demo Plant to Include Oxford Reactors

Oxford Catalysts Group PLC, the leading technology innovator for synthetic fuels production, is pleased to announce selection of the Group's technology for a small scale Gas-to-Liquids ("GTL") facility commissioned by Rosneft.

Rosneft, an integrated oil company majority owned by the Russian government, has announced a partnership with technology commercialisation firm Gazohim Techno ("Gazohim"), to design and construct a GTL demonstration plant using Oxford Catalysts' Fischer-Tropsch technology. This plant will have a capacity of some 10 million cubic metres per year of natural gas, equivalent to approximately 100 barrels per day of synthetic crude. It will be located at Rosneft's Angarsk Petrochemical Complex in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, and is targeted to be complete by the end of 2014. Rosneft has a stated objective and budget to reduce flaring and make better use of associated gas. This facility is envisioned as the first of many commercial GTL plants that will convert gas associated with oil production into synthetic crude or high quality downstream products, including synthetic diesel, waxes and naphtha (an important petrochemical feedstock).

Roy Lipski, CEO of Oxford Catalysts Group said:

"We're very pleased to have been selected for this project. With its vast reserves of natural gas and significant quantity of flared gas, Russia represents a major potential market for GTL. Rosneft and Gazohim should provide a solid entry point for us into this market."

Sergey Dolinskiy, CEO of Gazohim Techno said:

"After an extensive review of alternative Fischer-Tropsch offerings we decided to move forward with Oxford Catalysts' technology. We found it to be the most attractive in combination with our POx process for the mini-GTL market we're targeting. The potential in Russia for processing associated gas is over 30 billion cubic metres a year."
