Xoptimist. Yes, but think of it as being an OXB takeover of some Catalent sites, financed by Novo. It answers questions as to board changes and confidentiality maintained.

I would say it's either a coincidence or that they are up to something which some people have twigged. They don't need money and if it was a fundraising the price would be going the other way. Takeover brewing is really unlikely as we have some big holders who collectively own more than half. Malaria is the obvious guess, but that has been hovering for so long now.
