Co-CEOs Piers Linney and Simon Newton have agreed a salary sacrifice arrangement
for the duration of the year, the effect of which will save the Company £519,898
Firstly salary of £259,949 is extortionate so quite right to put it to the sword.
However they aren't putting a stop on the salary but taking it in shares instead.

Also if they felt it was a sacrifice having to convert salary at 20p imagine how
they must have felt about the IPO price...

I have a small holding of these with a fast reducing value!
Main encouraging points are the large investors are still in and both the directors are holders having no salary and buying more shares as part of the fundraising. Seems to me their interests are aligned with mine.
