                               Issue of warrants

The Company announces that on 23 August 2004 it issued new warrants (the
"Warrants") to subscribe for in aggregate 5,531,000 new ordinary shares of 1p
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Warrants are
exercisable (in full or in part) for a period of 18 months up to and including
23 February 2006 at an exercise price of 3.5p per Ordinary Share.

3,491,000 Warrants have been issued to Griffin Securities (UK) Limited
("Griffin") in connection with services provided by Griffin in connection with
the recent fundraising completed by the Company and the Company's $500,000
advance (the "Advance") to Trigger Street Productions Inc. which is the
co-producer of a forthcoming film called "Beyond the Sea".

1,380,000 Warrants have been issued to Michael Nash, a non-executive director of
the Company pursuant to the terms of his appointment as a Director of the
Company as previously announced on 21 July 2004.

In addition, a further 660,000 Warrants have been issued in connection with the
equity fundraising completed by the Company as announced on 19 August 2004.
