                            Notification of Interest 
 
Orpak announces that on 23 March 2010, Delek - the Israeli Fuel Company Ltd 
("Delek") purchased 1,694,215 of the Company's ordinary shares of nominal value 
NIS 0.02 per share ("Shares") for 85 pence per share from Orpak's wholly-owned 
subsidiary, Del-Pak Systems Ltd. The Shares were released from Treasury by 
Orpak. 
 
The purchase represents 5.0% of the issued share capital of the Company. Delek 
now holds 4,323,415 ordinary shares, currently representing 12.81% of the 
Company's issued share capital and voting rights. 
 
Following the transaction, Orpak's issued share capital consists of 29,867,667 
ordinary shares with voting rights, excluding Treasury shares. In addition, the 
Company holds 3,881,017 ordinary shares in Treasury.
