Wonder if 20% of the drilling costs have been funded by Georaid?, should have some confirmation of what they intend to do regarding the Mutsk JV - stay in and contribute costs or bail out?.Given that they sought a JV deal in the first place and only wanted to retain 20% my guess would be they will offload - they stopped drilling in 2011 for a reason!.Wouldn't be surprised if this BoD already know and are withholding that info (wouldn't be the first time!), hence their call for a non pre-emptive share issue.DD

Three days drilling and everything's satisfactory! - not on target, not going exceedingly well, not ahead of programme, nothing, this BoD are useless at telling shareholders anything worthwhile........oh, except that is when they want some more dosh for themselves.DD

At least they're not hibernating until next March. I can hang onto my few now. Markets likes RNs, a little. Needs to like it a lot lot more to get anywhere near original investment level. Mike decant some Amerisur profits in a months time? Maybe? That is my main focus. Dead losses, after five years, like this one I don't need anymore.

Tried getting some of these & 0.16p when spread was 0.15 - 0.16 but paid 0.165p

I guess with all that drilling the £350k raised in July will be almost burnt thru'

If the drilling results are any good an upbeat RNS will be published to pump the share price ready for the next placing.

Orogen Gold plc (AIM: ORE), the AIM quoted gold exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has now received its shares in Georaid CJSC ("Georaid") following successful completion of the USD 2.5 million earn-in as announced on 31 August 2016.
Orogen now has an 80% interest in Georaid, which holds the exploration licence covering the Mutsk gold project in southern Armenia.
As announced on 18 October 2016, Orogen has commenced step-out drilling at the Mutsk property to help define the scale of the gold envelope. Work is progressing satisfactorily and the Company looks forward to reporting the results of this work to shareholders in the coming weeks.

Dunning Kruger effect here by the looks of it so not worth me wasting my breath.

If gold rises again to where anything with GOLD in its title gets snapped up then I may start a thread where I can ban trolls.

Until then as I have only a small investment here I will not waste my valuable time.

The Company has the right to earn a majority interest in the Property under the terms of an earn-in agreement with Galileo, the terms of which were first announced in an RNS released on 27 June 2016, and are also included below.

HazlYour a 100% idiot.Why have you cut and paste from the GLR link I posted? - do your own chuffing research and also learn to read ffs.The ORE RNS on the 13th DOES NOT STATE THAT DRILLING HAS COMMENCED AT SILVERTON. The ORE RNS on the 18th is about drilling at Mutsk and again it DOES NOT SAY THAT DRILLING HAS STARTED AT SILVERTON.The GLR RNS that I posted above is the first time that confirmation has been given that DRILLING HAS STARTED AT SILVERTON:"The Company also announces that Orogen, our farm-in partner on the Silverton gold-silver project, has commenced drilling on this property."ORE BoD do not inform ORE shareholders of anything, the BoD aren't interested in ORE shareholders. The FCA have previously had to tell the BoD to issue market sensitive information that they withheld. The BoD here are an absolute disgrace.DD

It was mentioned on the 13th October and the 18th.
'Drilling is expected to commence very shortly and to be completed within 3-4 weeks, with follow-on sample assaying to be undertaken at the ALS Minerals analytical laboratory in Reno. '
