07/5/2016 16:58 | Gets a bit boring, reading some posters repetitive remarks and so similar to those expressed on different gold stocks before they shoot upwards. Same on CGNR last week until Friday. This is the start of a bull market in these little stocks,in my opinion and often every boat rises with the tide. I hope ORE does the same I don't see why not.gl IMO | hazl
07/5/2016 16:03 | Interims will show they have very little cash left and wouldn't be surprised if a placing comes at the same time. The BOD here are doing nothing, other than lining their own pockets.DD | discodave4

22/4/2016 15:49 | "quickly understood and if appropriate brought into production" I recall those sorts of words around Deli Jovan. What is happening around here been a few years since I took flight plus twenty pence days. | intercurrent
22/4/2016 13:13 | OT OVG is a gold miner that's undervalued,in my opinion. | hazl

22/4/2016 07:18 | These firms are not without their risks. I have read the above posts and find little substance to them except to say that early stage projects ALWAYS need finance but as stated they have enough to start the project. If and when gold surges later in the year people may be falling over themselves to provide it,we cannot tell. As for not producing much in the last couple of years....it would be ridiculous to sell gold at such a low price, rather conserve costs I would have thought and that reluctance has been shown in most of the little firms it seems to me. I would say that timing is the most important issue for any firm. Despite the high gold price yesterday, quite a few gold companies fell back . Perhaps we are in a for a bit of consolidation in the sector? Perhaps the dollar may have a little rally. Either way, these little companies are not without risk. These small exploration companies can go either way so best not to 'bet the farm ' on them as they say. At least this firm is still standing, after a few difficult years and enterprising enough to find this new project in Nevada. I have a few of these little firms,to see how they go,without risking much. Each to their own. IMO | hazl
22/4/2016 01:10 | I'm not sure about the placing. Possibly we already had placing for this deal, see RNS from 2015 | marmar80
21/4/2016 22:53 | Well like many sold didn't get peak share price ..the fact will be having to spend money..so big placing coming...with money and shares for bucket shops to entice in novice pi's??? | comedy

21/4/2016 20:00 | Adam reynolds was hying ore in 2013 statibg production by 2015. | rajaster
21/4/2016 16:24 | how you can turn a positive statement into a negative I don't know.... "We have sufficient funds in place to commence work on the project..." if they hadn't then we would be moaning. IMO | hazl
21/4/2016 16:11 | A placing at 0.003p.. What? Mutsk better be good. | valentine
21/4/2016 16:08 | The market cottoned on , though it took an hour. | sleveen
21/4/2016 15:03 | the critical part "... We have sufficient funds in place to commence work on the project..." You may then deduce that once a drill rigg is about 10ft into the ground a placing will be announced (work has commenced)as sure is eggs is eggs. In fact it may not even be drilling, the work could even be lowly trenching and sampling. Absolute caution with this one. In fact a barge pole stock. | sleveen
21/4/2016 15:03 | ha ha yeah | hazl
21/4/2016 15:02 | Ok. Good stuff. Seen a lot of films about Nevada and silver. Heady stuff. Steve McQueen was in one.. Nothing sensible to base investment on but..h a p p y | valentine
21/4/2016 14:56 | ' Adam Reynolds Chairman said: "I am pleased that Orogen has been able to secure this position in Nevada which has a history of prolific gold production. Nevada represents a mining friendly and transparent jurisdiction for investment of shareholder funds. Our technical opinion of this property suggests the potential for a project which can be quickly understood and if appropriate brought into production. We have sufficient funds in place to commence work on the project and we believe that our presence in the region will bring opportunities which could not be identified remotely. To this end we will work to identify and participate in other Nevada gold mining ventures. This project complements our Mutsk property in Armenia and provides investors with a balanced gold/exploration portfolio' from the rns | hazl
21/4/2016 14:55 | a good announcement I would say. | hazl
21/4/2016 14:53 | Valentine.Yes the value of such mines in a politically safe place such as Nevada is definately $100mill+ And when you have a license area with a potentially 'numerous' such mines, then we're talking huge numbers.I've not looked too much into this Orogen deal or their asset yet, but will look more indepth tonight.I've concentrated more on researching the GWMO assets as I'm invested there. But for both companies, we are talking similar geology. You're welcome to take a look at the images I posted over on the GWMO board of their asset. If I can find the exact location of the Orogen mine I will try to obtain spectral Imagery for that too and post them. The geology really is excellent in these areas. But not many people seem to appreciate the potential. | apfindley
21/4/2016 14:43 | After seeing ecrs american interested in the past through mac..i wouldnt go near american licences with a bargepole. Expect dilution here seeing ad the incompetents have probably spent all their money by now. If you cant sell the story, create a new one. | rajaster |
