Surely DEM wouldn't take shares for was it 180K of drilling work (Or was it 18K?) if it was a lost cause ... ?

Further to the announcement on 1 July 2014 regarding the drilling for equity agreement with DEM Geosciences SAL ("DEM") for the provision of diamond drilling services to the Company, Orogen has issued to DEM 36,350,350 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of 0.2p. This represents the final share issue in relation to drilling services provided during 2014.



Admission

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM; admission is expected to take place on 1 April 2015. Following admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will constitute 3,707,669,337 Ordinary Shares.



Lock-in

DEM has undertaken not to dispose of any interest in the 36,350,350 new Ordinary Shares for a period of two years from the date of issue, save in limited circumstances, such as the acceptance of an offer for the Company or pursuant to a compromise or arrangement sanctioned by the Court, a scheme of reconstruction or offer by the Company to purchase its own Ordinary Shares.

Is this what they call a shell company. Set up in name only so bods can place shareholders money into an account then fill their boots till it's all gone , then take more money from shareholder, fill their boots till it's all gone. And continue till they are Sussed out then change the name of the company and do it all again?

Orogen Gold Plc, the AIM quoted gold exploration company, notes the announcement made by its broker, Hume Capital Securities plc ("Hume Capital") of its intention to appoint an administrator under the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011 and of the suspension of Hume Capital's membership of the London Stock Exchange. Accordingly, Orogen is actively seeking a replacement broker and expects to conclude this process, and to announce its new broker, shortly.

golds actually moved shockingly with the market... holding that 1160 support for now.. and crude bounced from $42.50. yet ftse sitting at all time highs this morning. there's a very strange divergence between the markets.. and that usually isn't good.. but in the case of the USD being at the 120s we may see reversals now. you usually see juniors bounce once a year but they have been in bear trend since may 2011 and had successive lower lows. things have to come to fruition sooner or later.. either its depressionary time or we are about to start a new bull market, we need to see evidence of a recovery in comods first though and usually when markets are doing well gold is doing the opposite.

XTR hıghest riser on finding a seam of gold in Chile. Used to have loads of XTR at much hıgher price. Always hope eh. Where is our seam? Not chasing them again for now. Sitting on hands waiting for 300% here...maybe?

seem to be building a solid base of higher lows now.. hopefully a true trend breakout to the upside occurs soon. there is still danger to the downside to though as the overal trend hasnt reversed just yet.
