The Company was notified on 3 March 2009 that as at 27 February 2009 Chase 
Nominees Limited held  a total of 11,707,965 ordinary shares in the capital of 
the Company (representing 24.09% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital) 
in its capacity of nominee. Of these shares: 3,045,000  (representing 6.27% of 
the Company's issued share capital) were held on behalf of JPMorgan Fund ICVC - 
JPM Natural Resources Fund; 1,815,000 (representing 3.73% of the Company's 
issued share capital) were held on behalf of JPMorgan Funds European Bank & 
Business Centre; and 6,847,965 ordinary shares (representing 14.09% of the 
Company's issued share capital) were held on behalf  JPMorgan Trustee and 
Depositary Company Limited in the name of F&C Institutional Investment Funds 
ICVC Institutional UK Equity Fund.
