(the "Bonds")

On 6 September 2023 the Issuer issued GBP100,000,000 in principal amount of 2043 Bonds to be consolidated and form a single series with its pre-existing GBP300,000,000 5.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2043, thereby increasing the size of the total issue to GBP400,000,000.

The issuer immediately repurchased the full GBP100,000,000 of which GBP50,000,000 was already subject to a forward sale agreement which settlement date 13 September 2023, leaving GBP50,000,000 available for sale at a future date (the "2043 Retained Bonds").

The issuer has now sold the remaining GBP50,000,000 of 2043 Retained Bonds.
