Optivo and Southern Housing Group Limited enter partnership talks

The boards of management of Optivo and Southern Housing Group Limited have agreed to enter into formal negotiations with a view to forming a legal partnership.

The legal manner in which the two groups will be brought together remains to be determined and further information will be provided in due course.

The partnership will be subject to registration by the Financial Conduct Authority, which is currently expected to be around December 2022.

Optivo is a community benefit society with registered number 7561 and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing with number 4851.

Optivo Finance Plc (registered number 7933814) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Optivo.

Southern Housing Group Limited is a community benefit society with registered number 31055R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing with number L4628.
