The Company was notified on 22 October 2010 that on 19 October 2010, following the placing of 9,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, there was a reduction in the percentage holding of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company of East Hill Hedge Fund, LLC ("East Hill").

East Hill (together with its affiliates) continues to hold 18,402,359 ordinary shares in the Company, which now represents18.49% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
