Holding in Company 
The Company was notified on 7th June of a transfer on 28 May 2010, of 1,385,929 
ordinary shares to Landon T Clay from a Trust, which exercised voting control 
over such shares of which Thomas M Clay is a trustee. 
The number of ordinary shares held by Landon T Clay following this transfer is 
1,385,929 representing 1.53% of the issued share capital and total voting rights 
of the Company. 
The number of ordinary shares held by Thomas Clay following this transfer is 
5,297,338 (of which 213,126 ordinary shares are held directly by Thomas Clay and 
5,084,212 ordinary shares are held by the trust) representing together 5.85% of 
the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
Landon T Clay together with his associates (which for these purposes include the 
shares held by the trust), continues to hold 16,102,359 ordinary shares in the 
Company representing 17.79% of the issued share capital and total voting rights 
of the Company.
