    OCZ and 'Fatal1ty' brand to introduce a new line of 'Fatal1ty' series memory and power supplies 

    OCZ Technology Group, Inc. ("OCZ" or "the Company", AIM: OCZ) a worldwide leader in innovative, ultra-high performance and high
reliability memory, has signed an exclusive contract to partner with Johnathan Wendel (also known as 'Fatal1ty') the world's best-known,
professional video gamer, to design and distribute the brand's exclusive series of gaming memory and power supplies designed specifically to
meet the requirements of advanced gamers.

    In his seven-year professional gaming career, Johnathan Wendel has won more professional competitions and prize money than any other
gamer, including 12 major championships and 10 world titles. The 'Fatal1ty' brand is well known among gamers worldwide, and through this
partnership, OCZ expects to extend the Company's reach to consumers globally. Johnathan will work closely with OCZ to design memory and
power supplies that deliver the optimal balance of value, compatibility, and performance required by gamers to play the latest video game
titles. 

    Last year Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel joined the Championship Gaming Series ("CGS"), a worldwide video gaming league which is televised
across 200 million homes worldwide, as an exclusive on-air analyst, global spokesperson and gaming ambassador to help establish competitive
video gaming as a 21st century sport. As part of the collaboration between OCZ and 'Fatal1ty', the new co-branded 'OCZ Fatal1ty' series
solutions will become the official memory and power supplies of the CGS.
