Exercise of options
OCZ, a California-based worldwide leader in innovative, ultra-high performance and high-reliability computer memory and components,
announces that, following the exercise of options over 30,000 common shares of $0.001 each ("Common Shares"), it has issued, conditional on
admission, 30,000 Common Shares.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 July 2008.
Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 52,348,681 Common Shares in issue.
