    Quentin Solt (Non-executive Director) yesterday purchased 76,900 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at a
price of 13 pence, equivalent to 0.15 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. 

    Mr Solt now holds a total 551,145 Common Shares, equivalent to 1.05 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
