    Director's Dealing

    The Company has been notified that the Self Invested Pension Plan of Quentin Solt (non-executive director) has today purchased 108,100
common shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of 18.5 pence per share, equivalent to 0.21 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. 

    Mr Solt and his Self Invested Pension Plan are now beneficially interested, in aggregate, in 474,245
    Common Shares, equivalent to 0.91 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
