Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc announces that on 5 April 2012  1,319,740 Ordinary 
Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 315 subscribers at a price of 
92.6 pence per share pursuant to the Top Offer that opened on 3 January 2012. 
 
The following directors were allotted shares in the amounts detailed below, in 
accordance with the offer:

Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc further announces that on 5 April 2012 37,716 Ordinary 
Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 7 applicants  at a price of 92.6 
pence per share. 
 
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new 
shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 16 April 2012. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
23,925,037 Ordinary Shares.
