   Publication of Prospectus & Circular 
 
   The Companies have today issued a prospectus and circular relating to a 
proposed Offer for Subscription for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise 
up to GBP35 million in aggregate split equally between the Companies, 
with an over allotment facility of a further GBP15 million in aggregate, 
following approval from the UK Listing Authority. The prospectus and 
circular also give details in respect of the adoption by the Companies 
of a dividend reinvestment scheme. 
 
   The Offer is now open and will close at noon on 5 April 2014 for the 
2013/2014 tax year and noon on 2 September 2014 for the 2014/2015 tax 
year, or earlier if it is fully subscribed.  The Boards also reserve the 
right to close the Offer earlier.
