   Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc announces that on 28 March 2014, 2,724,727 
Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 544 subscribers 
at a price of GBP1.111 per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 3 
September 2013. 
 
   The following director was allotted shares and his total holdings are 
detailed below: 
 
   Alex Macpherson     42,128 Ordinary Shares (0.118% of the issued share 
capital) 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
4 April 2014.
