Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 218 subscribers 
at a price of GBP1.064 per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 3 
September 2013. 
 
   The following director was allotted shares and his total holdings are 
detailed below: 
 
   Gregor Michie            14,618 Ordinary Shares (0.044% of the issued 
share capital) 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around
