Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on 
31 August 2010 of 1,262,985 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a 
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 11 November 
2009. 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for 
listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on 
or around 2 September 2010. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 
22,578,706 Ordinary Shares. 
 
The Offer closed at 5 pm on 31 August 2010.
