Issue of Equity - Replacement 
 
The following replaces the issue of Equity announcement made on 23 March 2010 at 
13:05, the previous announcement referred to an incorrect expected dealing date.

The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on 
23 March 2010 of 2,477,538 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a 
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 17 September 
2009. 10,550 Ordinary Shares were issued and allotted to Chris Hulatt, who is a 
Director of Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc. 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for 
listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on 
or around 26 March 2010. 
 
The Offer is expected to remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2010 unless 
previously extended or fully subscribed earlier. 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 
6,539,140 Ordinary Shares.
