Issue of Equity, Extension of Offer and Transation in Own Shares 
 
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on 
30 April 2010 of 1,236,024 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a 
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 11 November 
2009. 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for 
listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on 
or around 5 May 2010. 
 
In accordance with the terms of the Offer, the date of closing of the Offer has 
been extended from the 30 April 2010 until 31 August 2010 unless previously 
extended or fully subscribed earlier, and further allotments under the Offer are 
proposed to be made at the end of May, June, July and August 2010. 
 
The Board of Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc announces that on 30 April 2010 the Company 
purchased for cancellation 60,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 94.5p per 
share. 
 
Following this purchase the issued share capital and total voting rights of the 
Company is now 19,297,301 Ordinary Shares.
