Results of AGM and Change of Name 
 
At  the  Annual  General  Meeting  of  the  Company  held  on 21  July 2010, all 
resolutions  contained in  the Notice  of Meeting  were duly passed. The Special 
resolution  to change the  Company's name to  Octopus Apollo VCT  4 plc was duly 
passed  and application  has now  been made  to The  Registrar of Companies. The 
effective date of the change will be notified in due course.
