   The Directors of Octopus Apollo VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to 
announce that the Company has raised approximately GBP19.9 million under 
the offer for subscription that opened on 24 October 2014 (the "Offer") 
and, as a result of the continuing level of demand, the Directors have 
confirmed that the over allotment facility of up to GBP10 million may be 
used in relation to the Offer. This increases the maximum amount that 
can be raised under the Offer to GBP30 million.
