Presentation to Holders

Reference is made to the bond trust deed (the "Bond Trust Deed") dated 11(th) December 2003 and made between, Octagon Healthcare Funding Plc (the "Issuer"), Financial Security Assurance (U.K.) Ltd and HSBC (C.I.) Limited (the "Trustee").

Capitalised terms used in this notice and not defined in this notice shall have the meanings set out in the Bond Trust Deed.

THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN to advise the holders of the Bonds that it is proposed to hold a presentation (the "Presentation") for the purpose of providing a general update relating to the concession to provide services to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust together with a financial update in accordance with the provisions of the Bond Trust Deed as follows:

Attendance and Quorum

1. Attendance in Person: the Bonds are currently represented by a Global Bond. A Bondholder wishing to attend the Presentation in person must notify Octagon relating to the Bond(s) they hold.

2. Quorum: it is not proposed that any business will be transacted at the Presentation so the provisions of Clause 8 of Schedule 5 of the Bond Trust Deed will not apply.
