yes but powell...what is the case simon and his buddies are shorting us??? then get another "pal" to rock up to the board and say we would like to offer the company x at y price?...they close out their shorts and the only ones stiffed are the ones who bought high???

aim is the wild west and all these shenanigans go on???one share i wrote to the board...putting forward this hypothesis...and they side step the issue ...but guess what the game was played out anyway>

Comedy - looks like 20M has been presold as per Darwin note. Online limits dropped for 1st time in a long time - think we are near the bottom

If this company had lets say 500 million shares and was looking to to a placing i would sell but at the moment we only have about 120 million. If we are doing a placings even, if it makes our total 400 million and it sorts out our problems once and for all i would take that

something just does not seem right to me we have a poster on LSE UK_steve saying he has bought 6 million yet all these massive trades must be sells where are they coming from must be a shorter and that sounds like Cawkwell as he is a big bear

i hope the bear gets done over but as like you i have stepped aside taken small loss and will watch and see where this settles.. but guess the Darwin issue could create xtreme dilution as in other similar shares with this type of finance deal?

warwick...i think we have either placing coming(darwin?)...didnt think we had anyone big still to sell out???

does look like a classic overhang where they try to find the buying point..sell raise...and then drop lower...so you take a hit or average down??? hence i sold at loss to watch at mo as no idea...which is happening.

something does not add up here too many big deals with no RNS announcements someone is either selling short big time and does not need tpo RNS but if anyone buying then surely we should have had some notification

i bailed at 1.29 this am will look again if and when we get some news

Some way Darwin are in play,shares being sold to open markets to raise fresh cash.
Richmond should say something soon,regarding wavier.
Be interesting to see how many are sold/bought before RNS.
Could be a rise on the cards,you never know.

Comedy I think it's a large seller - there's been some dialogue with one of the LSE chaps and Nick Harris (Nomad) saying no placing.

"No subscription shares have been issued to Darwin; any issue of new shares has to announced."

jonny a fellow investor who looks at charts..compared to me where i try to spot a pattern/or paradigm shift on stock like "evo"... saying to me it is trying to just settle at mo...i'm holding off getting more as i want to see why the huge volume and no big shift in share price ..dont know have they tapped duchess already??? dont think volume is shorter..so could be ure guess a seller...though the shorter "clown" who posted last week..means a lot of tea leaves to read here. so waiting.

r u in oxs???big buyer and mm's keeping it below 3p ..and huge volume going in..i expect we will get another rns next week...he has bought x million more.

Momade is a manager at their morrapino mine, he is on linkedin, but i would not rely on info from him, because he has stated production was good in the past couple of months, but the company has reported otherwise, games being played, this company is corrupt however you can still make money if you follow the deception.

The 3,750,000 that has gone through was from yesterday. Was a sell and adds to the 5,000,000 and the 1,750,000 we have had recently.

That just over 10Million of sells in last few days.
