Early redemption of subordinated notes

 

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange relating to point 1 paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Market Financial Instruments Act NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, announces:

 

NLB d.d. shall, based on the permission of the European Central Bank, on 19 November 2024 early redeem its subordinated notes issued on 19 November 2019 with final maturity on 19 November 2029 (ISIN: XS2080776607) in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 9,900,000, together with accrued and unpaid interest.
