An update to the announcement on 04 March 2020
The sale of the Notting Hill Genesis site at Canada Water completed on 26 June 2020.
The site has been sold for GBP140m to Art Invest Real Estate with GBP10m paid before 31 March 2020, GBP70m on 26 June 2020 and the balance payable in 2021/22.
Notting Hill Genesis will settle liabilities relating to the scheme which will lead to net proceeds of about GBP62m in this financial year, 2020-21.
