CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY 
 
Northern AIM VCT PLC ("the Company") announces that, further to a resolution 
passed at a general meeting of the Company dated 26 September 2011, the listing 
of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5p each on the Official List of the UK 
Listing Authority was cancelled with effect from the commencement of trading on 
27 September 2011.
