The Group announces that it has received notification that on 22 February 2019 Judith Aldersey-Williams, an independent non-executive director of the Company, purchased 3,975 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 125.50 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Judith Aldersey-Williams' total holding is 3,975 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
