                                Sale of Sicklaon 
 
 
As announced on 18 October 2010 following the completion of the sale of the 
subsidiaries which own its two principal properties, the sale of its remaining 
property in Sicklaon was delayed until 10 November 2010 because Lehman Brothers 
International Europe, as security agent, had been unable to locate the relevant 
mortgage certificates without which the sale cannot proceed as planned. 
 
The sale of Sicklaon has been further postponed until 24 November 2010 as the 
relevant mortgage certificates have still not been located.  Further details 
will be provided in due course.
