In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM rules, Nordic Land plc (the "Company") 
announces that, Ray Horney, Chairman of the Company, has notified the Company 
that on 6 October 2010 he sold 120,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence in the 
issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 20.75 
pence per share. 
 
Following the above share transfer, Mr Horney holds 1,980,000 Ordinary Shares 
representing 9.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
