Buyback of Notes under NIB's Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments

Nordic Investment Bank has for value 16 March 2023 bought back SEK 640,000,000 of its SEK 3,000,000,000 1.375 per cent. Notes due 2028, ISIN XS1760125523. The Notes are listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The purchased Notes will be cancelled, reducing the outstanding principal amount to SEK 2,360,000,000.
