Buyback of Instruments under NIB's Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments

Nordic Investment Bank has for value 7 February 2024 bought back 100 per cent. of its outstanding USD 10,000,000 5.00 per cent. Instruments due 2031, ISIN XS2684957546.

Following the redemption, the Instruments will be cancelled and removed from the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Oy.
