Total Voting Rights

In connection with the Company's completion of the acquisition of Findus Sverige AB and its subsidiaries, the Company has issued a further 8,378,380 ordinary shares. Following this issuance, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue is 178,431,796, of which none are held in treasury.

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company hereby notifies the market that the total number of voting rights in the Company is 178,431,796. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
