Further to the announcement on 3 March 2008, the Company has today posted the
circular to shareholders detailing the proposals to ratify the appointment of
Foresight Group LLP as investment adviser and to change the name of the Company
to Enterprise VCT plc ("Circular").

A notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be convened on 31 March 2008 for
the purpose of approving the proposals is contained in the Circular.

Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
