                               Allotment of shares


The Company announces that on 13th August 2007 it allotted 68,494 A shares of
10p each (the 'Shares') to certain shareholders under the Company's dividend
reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List has been made
and it is expected that the Shares will begin trading on 17th August 2007. The
Shares will rank pari passu with the existing A shares in issue.

The Securities Note which comprises part of the Prospectus, dated 20 September
2005, sets out the terms and conditions of the dividend reinvestment scheme of
Noble VCT plc. Copies are available for public inspection at the UKLA's Document
