    Offer for subscription of new ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary 
                Shares") to raise up to GBP14million ("the Offer") 
 
 
 
Noble  AIM  VCT Plc ("the Company") announces an allotment on 22 March  2010  of 
452,342 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Offer. The Offer price at which  the 
New Ordinary Shares were allotted was 77.92p per share, which was calculated  by 
reference to the net asset value of an Ordinary Share on 18 March 2010  with  an 
appropriate adjustment for performance fee payable based on the net asset  value 
at that date, divided by 0.95 (to allow for issue costs of 5.00 per cent). 
 
Following the allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 
36,669,134. 
 
Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 24 March 2010. 
CREST accounts are expected to be credited within five business days of 
allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within 
ten business days of allotment.
